RPay have Simple and clear payroll pricing

We price payroll by the number of people you pay — not by complicated bundles or hidden extras. Monthly payroll
  • £15 per month for up to 5 employees
  • £2.70 per month for each additional employee
Weekly payroll
  • £3.60 per month per employee, in addition to the monthly fee

RPay Payroll Bureau – Pricing

If your team grows beyond five employees, the price scales with you.

Base fee

£15 per month – covers up to 5 employees

Additional employees

£2.70 per employee per month (from employee 6 onwards)

Weekly payroll surcharg

£3.60 per employee per month (applies where payroll is run weekly)

Examples

5 employees, monthly payroll

£15 per month

10 employees, monthly payroll

£15 + (5 × £2.70) = £28.50 per month

5 employees, weekly payroll

£15 + (5 × £3.60) = £33.00 per month

10 employees, weekly payroll

£28.50 + (10 × £3.60) = £64.50 per month

Pricing caveat – complex or specialist payrolls

The above pricing applies to standard payroll processing.

Some payrolls require materially more work, checking and support. This includes (by way of example):

  • Doctors, medical professionals or GP practices;
  • Employees with multiple roles or multiple pay rates;
  • Complex shift patterns, enhancements or on-call payments;
  • Frequent mid-period changes to pay or hours;
  • Payrolls requiring exceptional manual intervention.

Where a payroll falls outside standard processing, we reserve the right to agree a revised fee in advance.
